GBGBA cosy place in great location
GBThe location is fantastic with views directly out to the iconic Forth Bridge. The property is on the Main Street of the old town and is close to cosy cafés and restaurants.
Whilst the decor looks lovely, some appliances and other items do not work well eg the front door lock is very awkward, the toilet doesn’t flush easily. Also, there is no dedicated parking and you can’t drive right up to the property, so finding parking spots and unloading luggage from the car were a bit difficult.
USLocation is perfect, just as described short walk to the train and 20 min you are in Edinburgh. View is amazing seeing the bridge right outside your bedroom windows.
The house could need a 2. restroom downstairs. That was the only thing a family of 4 had some trouble with, since we all had to use it at the same times.
GBThe property is a beautiful cottage overlooking the Forth railway bridge. South queensferry, is a lovely place to visit and really easy to get into Edinburgh

CZI don't take my personal preferences into account, so I have to say it's a wonderful place and has everything one needs. Don't hesitate a minute to book this property.
The flush takes a long time to refill. It's not a complaint, just something to be aware of. I missed a shelf outside the bath. The heating system was a little bit too complicated for me. But don't worry, the heating itself works perfectly.
GBEverything was so nice. House had everything you needed and quirky which I love. The area with views and local bars lovely area to relax.

GBWe really enjoyed our stay . The cottage is in an amazing location with spectacular views and so many cafes and restaurants on your doorstep.An added bonus was the little sheltered garden at the back where we were lucky enough to sit out in lovely autumn sunshine.
Finding a free parking space could be a bit difficult
GBWe are so pleased to have found this lovely cottage which was so homely and welcoming and in such a great location. It was also good value given the Edinburgh festival was running and we would have had to pay for 2 hotel rooms to accommodate us. If you don’t know Queensferry we recommend the Dune bakery across the road for wonderful pastries and cinnamon rolls, some lovely local shops and restaurants. The house has a great hi-fi and selection of music, lovely books and everywhere was clean. The view of the bridge is stunning of course. We have family in the area and will definitely be back often if possible.
