The location.

The rooms are not even 12sq.mt. and it's written 30sq.mt. on your app. The pics don't justify the property. There was no balcony that was promised during booking. They only have alu paratha and omelette for breakfast. We requested for boiled eggs and they said it's not possible. Their cook was very rude.

The location is top-notch, just a 200-meter walk from the metro, and very safe, even at night. Maps show the location as being at the back of the hotel, so it's better to search for "am/pm saloon" as it's in the same building. The room is somewhat big and has all the basic amenities, and balcony sizes differ from room to room. They provide free breakfast for all, making it a good hotel. It's safe, not too noisy, and very convenient.

Property is centralised close to shops, restaurants, cafes and other necessary places such as pharmacy. Staff here are very accommodating and helpful. This place can be a shock at first, especially for those coming from European based locations. However once here for a night or two, it becomes easy to adapt to environment and people. Overall great experience staying at property for 2 weeks. We never ate food here, maybe better practice around food safety.
