Die Lage war gut.

Die Fenster waren undicht und brachten keinen Schallschutz. Die Schlafzimmer grenzten an den Bürgersteig und die Fahrbahn, also war es laut, auch wenn man nachts die inneren Klappläden schloss. Durch die Wohnungstür zog es. Da es regnerisch war, versuchten wir die Elektroheizung in Gang zu setzen, was aber mangels Anleitung nicht gelang. Das Gleiche galt für den Fernseher. Es gab 5 Programme, die alle nicht sichtbar waren und die Mitfahrenden sind technisch nicht ungeschickt. Letztlich haben alle eine Erkältung mit nach Hause gebracht. Wir waren schon mehrmals in der Region, um Verwandte zu besuchen, aber eine so teure Wohnung und verpflichtende Kautionshinterlegung von 350 £ hatten wir noch nie.

L’appartamento è spazioso ed accogliente, è situato in prossimità del centro di Otley, vicino ai numerosi negozi e pub della città. Leeds è raggiungibile comodamente in bus partendo dalla vicina stazione degli autobus.

Sebbene fossimo in 5, ci sono stati consegnati solo 3 asciugamani, abbiamo fatto richiesta diverse volte e dopo 3 giorni ci sono stati recapitati 3 asciugamani sporchi, si poteva fare di meglio…

Absolutely nothing, a complete disgrace!!! Uninhabitable!! We had to leave immediately, I could not let my son stay there a second longer

It was discussing! Two of the bedroom door handles fell off in our hands, one of which if the door was shut we would have been locked in the room. Walls full of marks including one very visible hand print at the side of the bed. Carpet rod in between kitchen and bedroom lifted, serious tripping hazard. Broken tv with smashed screen dumped in lounge. No television to watch as no Ariel. Poor quality furnishings, dirty and stained cushions and pillows. Beds disgusting, sofa disgusting! Beds falling to bits! Headboard on ready to fall off, the other springs coming through mattress! Absolutely freezing! No daylight in the property as shutters covered all windows, heaters had to be switched off as they smelled of burning when switched off, burn marks where heat comes out. Unclean cutlery, dinnerware Dirty marks on carpets Bedside tables were chairs!! Absolutely smelled awful, horrible fusty smell Dirty bins directly outside back door! Had to leave immediately, the smell was horrific! Also as described as free parking, it’s limited time on the front of property, otherwise 5 mins walk to other parking, I cannot do this as a disabled person. All in all this place should not be advertised as a holiday getaway! Very disappointed as to what should have been a very special time away with my son
