"Not for everyone but a option"

you have all basic amenities

Its hard to be in this place for more than a couple of hours, the floor is actually 4th, and sounds from building works on the upper floor and outside were a constant. On the other hand, if you just want to stay with children, it's like living 20-meters away from aqua park, so you should like it in such case.
