-Good Location -Spacious -Clean

-Bed Uncomfortable -Freezing Cold - radiators did not work and left with 1 heater for the whole apartment. Tried calling them but no answer. Messaged but no help regarding this. I left the property 1 night earlier. Messaged them to provide feedback and the concerns, they responded but never acknowledged anything or offered an apology and decided to say that they "went and looked and no one is staying there so marked me as a no show' when id already told them I had left early. Clearly visually impaired if they can't see the bed was used and rubbish in the bin. Poor service and poor quality for the price. Still waiting my deposit refund over 24hr later.
