Accogliente e pulita

L'appartamento e' molto spazioso, luminoso, ben tenuto e fornito di ogni cosa. Veramente bello il terrazzo vivibile con vista sul lungomare. Molta disponibilita' di parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze. Il proprietario si e' dimostrato molto disponibile ed attento a rispondere ad ogni nostra esigenza.

Migliorerei il divano letto del soggiorno.

The apartment is conveniently located. The commuter train station is within walking distance, providing connections to Rome. The sea view from the window is beautiful. The coastline is not far, but it's surrounded by private beaches, bars, and restaurants. There are excellent viewing platforms. The public beach is a little further away, toward the center of Ostia. The Conad supermarket is located a short distance away, it's best to drive there. Parking is available in the public parking lot, which is visible from the window. Parking spaces kept appearing and disappearing. We moved the car a couple of times to get closer. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, there were 4 of us. The beds in the bedrooms are comfortable, but the sofa in the living room creaked a little. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils. There is Wi-Fi, 2 balconies, and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is on the second floor. During our stay, the heating was turned off at night (due to residents' complaints, the condominium turned off the heating at night). It was cold, but we kept warm with an electric heater. If you turn on several powerful appliances at once, the circuit breaker will trip. You can turn the electricity back on in the apartment or in the stairwell. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The apartment owner, Pietro, was very kind and responsive.

I am a Jiu-Jitsu competitor who was competing at the PalaPellicone for the IBJJF European Championships. It was literally a five minute walk from the stadium.

Everything was amazing

Appartamento arredato con gusto e completo di ogni più piccola cosa che possa servire durante un soggiorno. Posizione comodissima. Abbiamo trovato bibite in frigorifero e tutto il necessario per la colazione. Tutto perfettamente spiegato con gentilezza dal proprietario.

Pietro hat uns persönlich begrüßt und uns alles Wichtige gezeigt und uns Tipps für Rom und zum Essen gehen gegeben. Er war jederzeit per WA erreichbar und hat sogar nach 2 Tagen nachgefragt, ob wir noch etwas brauchen. Sogar für Strandtücher und -handtücher war gesorgt. Ein vollendeter Gastgeber. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses, hat zwei Balkone quasi rundherum mit Meerblick. Nur gerade aus die Straße hoch 150m und man ist am Strand und am Bus! Verbindung zur Metro 300m. Die Wohnung ist mit Antiquitäten möbliert, was wir schön und nachhaltig fanden.

Die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
