Appartement propre bien situé

Lors de la réservation, il était noté que l accès à la mer morte était possible depuis l’hôtel. Mais 1 jour avant d arriver à l’appartement, j ai reçu un message me disant que l’accès à la plage était en maintenance, mais qu il était possible de passer par le Hilton .. accès facile certes mais il faut marcher 10 minutes J aurai aimé le savoir avant la réservation

Las fabulosas vistas, la terraza, la ubicación. El personal muy pendiente. Los servicios de baño en el Mar Muerto no pudieron ofrecérnoslos porque estaban en obras pero nos enviaron al Hotel Hilton que tenían concertado y estaba al lado donde nos facilitaron todo, toallas, un cochecito que nos bajó y subió a la cómoda playa privada con sus hamacas y sombrillas. El personal que nos atendió alli, con masajes con barro, baño de 10 min. en el Mar, masajes con sales, otro baño, Genial. Fue sorprendente.

Que el check-out fuera a las 12 h. aunque nos dejó hasta las 12:30. No poder pagar con tarjeta aunque si pudimos en euros.

We were informed of cash only payment in Jordanian Dinars only the day before arrival. This was the only property during our entire trip that made this request. We would have appreciated being informed of this at the time of booking. Instead, on Booking.com it stated that Visa was an accepted form of payment. We also regretted not being able to use the pool and jacuzzi which were not heated during our stay.

Absolutely amazing apartments with a terrace that has view of the Dead Sea. We loved staying at this place. Suna and her staff were helpful and friendly. Everything was as smooth as possible.

Tesis beklentimin oldukça üzerindeydi. Gerek konumu, gerekse olanakları. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik.

Tek olumsuz olarak nitelendirebileceğim yönü wifi idi. İnternet dairede olmasına rağmen düzgün çekmiyordu. Yanımızda bir ergen olduğu için oldukça mutsuz oldu. Benim için çok problem teşkil etmedi ama önceliği internet olanlar için sorun sayılabilir.

Ο ιδιοκτήτης μας έδωσε όλες τις πληροφορίες για το πώς θα φτάσουμε στο καταλύματα. Είναι ένα υπέροχο και τεράστιο συγκρότημα με πισίνες και πάνω από την dead sea. Ήταν καθαρό και ευρύχωρο για 3 ατομα, με ωραια θέα αν και έβρεχε!

Στο Booking ανέφερε το κατάλυμα ότι μπορεί να πληρωθεί με πιστωτικές κάρτες. Τελικά μου έστειλαν μήνυμα ότι πρέπει να πληρωθούν με μετρητά. Το τρίτο άτομο κοιμήθηκε σε καναπέ

Everything was great, apartment was Nice and cozy, super nice views on the Dead Sea

Swimming pools were a quite cold (beginning of November), and kids were not allowed in the jacuzzi so could not really make use of the pools.
