nice room, but my first time of very bad experience

there was no water supply while I was taking a shower.. so long to wait until my husband going to shop to find a mineral water... the vendor allow us to leave and promise to refund.. but until today, booking.com has not yet made a refund. Pls contact me and do the refund..
