ROFind out how I got scammed of 400eur I booked this apartment for a week for 440€ but upon arrival it was completely different from what was shown in the photos. There was a strong unpleasant odor, the sofa and bedding were stained and unclean, furniture was damaged, and there was visible rust in several areas. The AC unit was full of mold, which triggered my allergies and asthma. Because of these health and hygiene issues I had to leave within 30 minutes and book another hotel at my own expense. I requested a free cancellation and immediately contacted Booking customer support. However, I only received a 10% refund. Booking informed me that they cannot issue any further compensation or reimbursement without approval from the property. WTH? Zero responsibility. Avoid this property and Booking.com Additional info: there is no natural light, the “loft” is basically an old hallway.

El apartamento es fantastico... Empezamos con el cerrojo de la puerta principal al apartamento, que no funciona, pero oye, queda monísimo de adorno. Los cajones del mueble de la entrada, rotos. Nada de guardar ropa ahí, mejor en el suelo, mucho más auténtico. Uno de los mandos no tenía pilas, así que estuvimos jugando a ser electricistas: cambiar pilas de un mando al otro cada vez que queríamos usarlo. La cocina un poema: utensilios esenciales brillando por su ausencia y algunos de los que hay, rotos. Pero tranquilos, que están guardados pegaditos a la basura, sin separación ni nada. Todo un máster en “higiene creativa”. La cama… oh, la cama. Una sinfonía de crujidos con cada respiro, perfecta para los amantes de la música experimental nocturna. La tele colocada tan alta que parece diseñada para que te partas el cuello si intentas verla desde el sofá. Y la puerta del baño, que es casi mas fácil quitarla que intentar cerrar. Y la guinda del pastel: la anfitriona, que decidió practicar el noble arte del ghosting. Ni una sola respuesta a mis mensajes. Por el precio, un chiste. Eso sí, sin gracia alguna.
