9Trip Stay in Dalat Center Residence - 4 Star Service Apartment

Super convenient location. Near to many eateries, shopping, convenient store, day and night markets. Cozy apartment. Great service by your staff even though we were checking in at about 5am, he happily guided us through without a hassle.

Coz of its location, it can be quite noisy early in the morning and at night. The door did not have a latch for a more safer stay.

The host is very welcoming and kind. He already send me a message to know our whereabout just when we touched down. Really concern if we couldnt find the apartment location. He will serve everything that u need such as private driver and etc, also he is really helpful when we are in trouble with the location due to the language barrier. The apartment also nice and we really enjoyed throughout our stay in here. And our 2 nights stay has been extended into 5 nights stay because its located in the city that near to everything that we need.

The property was in a great location next to restaurant and the night market is downstairs . The host Tam was so lovely. Thank you Tam

This is a self serviced apartment so please be aware it’s not cleaned every day . If you need clean towels or removal of rubbish you need to request this.

- Tam was friendly and helpful when we first checked in and always available on WhatsApp to answer our queries. - Loved the cosy interiors of the apartment. - Location of apartment was great, a perfect base for exploring the main area of Dalat.

- It was very overpriced for the quality of the apartment. - Bathroom walls were mouldy. - Housekeeping was inadequate (there was no housekeeping throughout our 3 nights there). - Noise could be heard throughout the morning/night coming from the main road (I think there was a festival going on when we were there). - Be careful if you stay during the winter. Hot water doesn't last for longer than 5-10 minutes, with two people it's stretching a little bit for comfort and there are no heaters in the rooms.

Location

1. The payment requirement by cash was unexpected and frustrating, especially as there was no mention of it in the booking or confirmation details. Credit card payments were not accepted, forcing us to take time to exchange money at a money changer to make the payment. 2. The water heater system was not functioning properly. We had to wait at least 10 minutes after one person finished showering before the next could use hot water. Being a family of six, this made mornings extremely inconvenient. In the end, we had to shower with cold water in the morning, despite the temperature being 13°C. 3. The kitchen experience was unpleasant, with a foul smell emanating from the sink that was difficult to tolerate. 4. The housekeeping service was unacceptable. Shockingly, we returned to our room on the second day to find a trash bag—new and filled with rubbish—placed on our luggage. When we reported this, we were told that the cleaner had accidentally dropped it while cleaning the room. Overall, this was the most unpleasant experience we have ever had during a stay.
