ESESAmabilidad del anfitrión. Limpieza del sitio. Espacio del sitio. Terraza muy grande. Equipado al completo con cocina, sitio para almorzar y con bañera. Vamos, que me quedaba a vivir allí.
Pues el sitio da un poco de miedo por la noche. Pero eso no es culpa del anfitrion, es que es Vallecas.

GBThe flat was light and airy with a great balcony. Well equipped and close to a supermarket and metro station and a quiet neighbourhood. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend as it was only 10 mins to get into the centre of madrid. The neighbourhood is a working class area and friendly with a few eating places nearby although we tended to eat at lunchtime in Central Madrid. The flat was spacious and as it was March when we stayed it was good to have heating that we could put on getting up in the morning.
We had a delay mix up over the check in but that was quickly resolved. Also a delay with the wifi details. That was because I ran out of data and the code and passwords were sent. Much better if password was left in the flat but we did get this sorted quickly. In retrospect the mattress could have been comfier as we realised moving on that we had lost sleep as our next bnb has a very good mattress. A plug that fitted the bath would be useful also. These were small things though as the flat was a great place to come back to after a day of sightseeing..

ROIt's next to Mercadona and Lidl so you can easily buy whatever you need. It's also really close to the metro station (nueva numancia, line 1) that gets you straight to the train station and also the city center in a few minutes. The terrace is really nice. In the apartment you have all the facilities, including cutlery, oven and even a washing machine. It's pretty quiet at night and the building itself is secure, they have cameras everywhere. I read some reviews that it's noisy because of a club downstairs. But it is closed (so the status on Google Maps is accurate).
The neighbourhood is not the best and it feels a bit shady at night, especially on that narrow street where is located the entrance to the building. If you're a female solo traveler or even 2 females you might feel a little unsecure. We did not have any problems, though, even at night. Overall it was good value for the money.
