Excellent stay. I really enjoyed all the different coffee drinks, juice, water and snacks offered when we arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, and the parking was conveniently close. Despite some negative reviews, my experience was completely positive. Good, discounted rates. The host was very kind, professional, and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a waste of money paid $400 for parking. I had to walk a half a mile to get to the room and I didn’t know it was Airbnb. If I did, I would never have booked it. Luxury resort what a joke.

Older rundown

This stay looked like a good idea, it turned out to be more of a nuisance than anything. The communication with the host was slow, delayed, and absent. The hotel staff took their sweet time chatting up about god knows what as myself, and another guest were standing there waiting to be assisted, the entire checking in process was unnecessarily drawn out and irritating. The room was not ready when it was needed and then was not notified when the room was finally ready. The room has carpet stains, I feel like I need a Tetanus shot after touching the door lock, the room is NOT soundproof as advertised, none of the welcome complimentary snacks or drinks were to be seen, there are bags full of linen and rubbish of some sort, and the dishes in the cabinets smelled dirty, thankfully there were disposable plates, kind of makes it look like someone lives here, and doesn’t clean very well. The wifi to the hotel works fine on your phone, but for whatever reason the tv will not hook up to the wifi, forcing you to watch live tv. The provided bath towels feel disgusting to the touch, they feel like tissue paper and like I couldn’t dry myself comfortably. The mattresses are clearly old and uncomfortable, it was painful to be tossing and in turning in these beds.

Breakfast was good. There was a workout facility that was okay.

Old, dated, not well maintained. I would not consider it a “condo”. It was a hotel room in an older, not well maintained hotel complex and the two double beds were not great - small and not very comfortable. There were no amenities at all to speak of in the unit.

Host was very accommodating when we needed a place to stay very last minute sort of late at night. Beautiful location & outdoor atmosphere right on the beach

I've been staying in multiroom condos, so was a little cramped to be in more of a hotel-like room, but still nice enough

location very good, no breakfast provided. Our room was a condo booked through third party but within the main hotel. Food at the restaurant very good but a bit pricey. Pool area absolutely awesome! Grounds well maintained and beautiful. Beach right there. Would definately recommend.

I thought we were to receive maid service after third night but got none, luckily they provided plenty of towels so we did not run out, ran out of coffee that was provided and had to buy at the cafe. Texted the lady in charge of our room to ask for extra coffee pods but got no reply. Lots of sugar, tea but no powdered coffee creamer? (Glad I brought my own) The resort charges $35/day to park which is alot. Already paying high price for hotel I think the daily parking rate should be more reasonable. Having a rental car a must have on this island.

Service was excellent. The front desk help were extremely patient and helpful!! The place is run just like a Sheraton Hotel.

Price for food. Thought everything was good
