Super modern apartment with everything you need.

We absolutely loved this apartment - it was so comfortable to felt like home. Carolina was excellent, contacting us when we booked to confirm arrival times etc. she met us art the apartment to hand over the keys and answer any questions we had. She also Whatsapped really good recommendations for restaurants and places to see. The apartment is really well equipped and has everything you need. The aircon was very effective (and quiet) - needed as hot when we were there. The views from the terrace of Mongo are beautiful -great to look at whilst you eat or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The pool is lovely - set in well kept lawns. Parking is within the small complex and the allocated space is right by the staircase/lift to the apartment. The area residential and pretty quiet but it takes only 20 mins to walk to the main restaurant street. There is a tram stop a couple of minutes walk from the apartment and we used this a few times to get into town - about 4 mins journey. The stop by the apartment is Pedrera Vessanes) - you can also take the tram the other way to travel towards Benidorm and onto Alicante. There is a really good MasyMas supermarket near the tram stop - plus Lidle and others not much further. Denia itself is a lovely city with loads of excellent restaurants. Would definitely recommend this apartment and would love to stay here again - thanks Carolina!

Nothing - couldn't be any better

Great location, awesome view & pool, super clean and very good smell in the flat. Also the communication with the host was 10/10, she was very lovely recomending us places to visit and eat. We had a great stay!

The apartment had all the little things, perfect! In addition, I am allergic and more demanding than average, very good air! City and shops are near but the same time there is very peaceful. And Carolina is wonderful!

Really, nothing

It was a great location. Easy to walk in and around town, but in a quieter area. Also better to get out of town for heading into the mountains for adventures. The view of Montgó really was wonderful. The apartment was spacious and clean. We even braved the pool (it isn't heated so in March was chilly but bearable). We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony which got good sunlight all day. The washing machine got replaced just after we arrived and this was really helpful as we could wash all our sports gear and dry it quickly on the balcony. Parking was right outside our building and felt secure. Finally, Carolina herself was really lovely and helpful. She met us on arrival to show us in and had even bought a few bits for us to eat, as we arrived Saturday night and supermarkets aren't open on Sundays. She remained on hand by WhatsApp if we had any questions and was a great host. Thank you Carolina!

The main bed is perhaps a little old now and squeaked with every turn. I raised this already with Carolina who said she would look into it.

modern decor, clean, well equipped, quiet and safe location. very close to Denia Tram line (4mins to marina) and very close to supermarket . Can walk into Denia seafront in 20 mins. wonderful host very helpful

would have been useful to have simple provisions in kitchen salt, pepper, oil . unfortunately the washing machine was not working but the owner was quick to resolve it

My wife was unwell for 2 of the 4 days we were in residence. - food poisoning but nothing to do with this property. Carolina went far beyond what was expected and we are extremely grateful for all her help. She was a superb host.

The weather ! !

This was a nice and cozy apartment with a very nice host. it was clean and it was in a nice and quite neighborhood. I would gladly stay here again.

A bit of a walking distance from the center, but that was not a surprise one could see it on the map before booking, and I like walking so it was alright.

Everything was exceptional. Host just outstanding.
