La tranquilidad y la comodidad de la cama.

Difícil de localizar y acceso con escaleras. El apartamento tiene humedades y hormigas. Está parcialmente mal reformado, muebles básicos de aluminio. Terraza con alguna silla rota. Poco confortable. Para llegar a la playa el camino es en pendiente.

Quiet clean comfortable

We liked the location, quiet, but close enough to bars and restaurants. The facilities were good, plenty of kitchen crockery etc and towels. Beds were comfortable and the terrace was indeed large and useful having dining area and loungers. Communication was clear and directions to the property excellent.

As we visited in early February the weather was cooler than we expected, we would have liked some blankets - to sit outside with on an evening and also at night on the bed as it did get quite cool. The pillows were a bit odd - long and narrow and lumpy - please replace these! There was no heating (which it did say in the description) but this meant there was a slightly damp feel to the property, paint peeling at the bottom of some walls. I can't imagine this is a problem in the summer months, but something to bear in mind in the winter, if you like to feel warm. Although it was sunny on the terrace during most of the day by 5pm it is in shade, only an issue if you like late afternoon/evening sunshine. For some people the walk up from the seafront might be off putting, but its the same in most of Puerto Del Carmen.

Terrace/Balcony furniture (sofa) dated and soiled. Didn't spoil holiday as not used, recommend removal
