A luxurious Palazzo in Valetta with private Pool by 360 Estates

Host, Gray Alexander was great, punctual, available 24/7, gave us all the information we needed, deserve praise. It is a unique and unusual experience to stay in such a house, especially furniture in the living room. The kitchen is modern, well equipped. The room on the top level with the terrace is exceptional, and all the others are quite nicely furnished and have their own bathrooms. I believe that in the warmer months, the pool, barbecue, sunbeds, parasols, shower in front of the pool, all that on the terrace is a huge benefits. The location is phenomenal. Nearby are restaurants, a supermarket and a shopping street. Despite that, the building is in a quiet street.

The lock on the entrance door to the facility needs to be replaced because it was difficult for some members of the group to open. Guests should be aware that the lower right room has no window, and the room on the internal staircase to the mezzanine, has no daylight. The elevator is still not working, but we knew that from other reviews. The weather was great for us, but if it rains, entering some rooms can lead to getting wet because the inner courtyard is open. Other things was negligible, it was not a problem for us for a short stay (there was no toilet paper in any of the bathrooms, lots of stairs to the room at the top)

The location is simply unbeatable. The place is exquisitely decorated and all the rooms are comfortable and beautiful. The host was very accommodating and help us to arrange a taxi to the airport as well as providing recommendations.

The elevator did not work (the host let us know in advance) and there are lots of stairs so it is not a suitable place for small children or elderly persons.
