We liked everything about the apartment. It was comfortable and clean and suited everything we needed. Check in was easy and the security at front desk was welcoming and friendly.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this property. While the accommodation itself may not have had any major issues, the location was utterly unsuitable and unsafe. Upon check-in at 15:00, we immediately felt uncomfortable. There was no parking available, and the front desk staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. Our sense of unease only escalated when, while sitting in our car, a woman approached and began hitting our vehicle and banging on the windows. Shockingly, no security personnel intervened or assisted us. Feeling unsafe, we made the decision to leave the property. However, when we returned briefly to collect our luggage, we were appalled to find that, in the mere five minutes we were gone, our vehicle had been clamped. This was the final insult to an already distressing experience! We immediately booked another hotel, having spent less than 10 minutes in the apartment. This experience was nothing short of horrific, and I feel completely let down by the lack of safety, security, and customer service. I would never recommend this property to anyone, and I sincerely hope I can receive a refund for the traumatic and unacceptable experience we endured.
