Unterkunft hatte einen extrem Schimmelbefall und ist weit unter dem europäischem Standard (außer preislich). Im ganzen Appartment roch es nach Chlor und Schimmel. Der Schimmel wurde immer nur übermalt, generell ist es im Appartment extrem feucht und das Appartment ist von außen eine Bruchbude.

Проживали с дочерью месяц в этой прекрасной квартире. Заселение прошло чётко, хозяин отправил подробную инструкцию. В квартире было чисто, приятный запах, стильно и есть все необходимое. Очень удобное расположение! До остановки метронита буквально несколько шагов, недалеко магазин, который работает в шаббат. До пляжа Бат Галим пешком 2,5 км. Железнодорожная станция практически напротив. Нам было очень удобно. Единственный ньюанс, если любите прям тишину, то может быть немного некомфортно, поскольку рядом дорога и слышно машины. Нам это не мешало. Стиральной машины в квартире нет, но буквально в соседнем доме есть прачечная, там можно стирать.
