That I never got any kind of code to get in the building and the property is apparently ran by no one because they are 10000% unresponsive.

"Excellent value in a central location."

Very spacious. Kitchen nicely updated. Free off street parking. Convenient to Downtown and Old Louisville. Not sure of occupancy but building was quiet.
Bedroom curtains thin-no blinds- do not block out much light. Would prefer a later routine checkout.
