Es war gut, dass wir durch andere Bewertungen von der Lärm Belästigung durch die Nähe zum Praca del Charco wussten und Gehörschutz dabei hatten

The location is located in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz at 50 meters of Plaza del Charco. We had everything in the apartment for our stay. They were very kind and provided a baby chair and a baby coat for our little girl. I highly recommend this place. Even though they don’t have a dedicated parking place we found a parking spot every day near by. We liked the interior terrace, ideally for a coffee. They even provided with the Nespresso coffee, also very apreciate by us.

In some nights there are some noises from motorists but this is not in their control but if you close all the windows is manageable.

Appartamento bellissimo, posizione ottimo. Le terrazze sul tetto alla fine non abbiamo usate tanto ( anche se inizialmente erano la ragione della nostra scelta), avevamo il terrazzino davanti alla cucina che era talmente carino ed invitante che abbiamo passato tutte le sere lì!

L’unica cosa negativo è il rumore notturno, ma certamente non si può pretendere di vivere in una posizione centrale e pretendere il silenzio!

Great modern, spacious apartments with excelent location, 8 minutes walk to main bus station and big supermarket, lots of great restaurants right near appartnent. There are 2 light bedroom with windows, terrace, spacious kitchen studio, good bathroom. We like self check-in, the owner was really helpfull. I highly recommend the apartment.

If you have a sensitive sleep take an earplugs, the sound isolation isn't perfect.

The bright spacious apartment, very comfortable and clean. In good location near to lovely restaurants.

Minor niggle. The drain in the bathroom smelt. However, we overcame that with a scented candle, and it is an old building. Wouldn't let it put you off. Apart from that lovely shower.
