Convenient 3-Bed Swansea house in City centre

It's location. It's very easy to move everywhere..

The best part of the property was the location.

Gas stove. No desk upstairs where the two small bedrooms and the normal size bedroom were located.

Convenient location and good, polite communications.

The dishes were not very clean and no dish washing liquid was available. The remote c9ntrol batteries were dead. The neighbourhood was a bit scary. Not a bad place, but by no means excellent, as the current score on Booking.com suggests. I also disliked the lack of curtains in the room, with the sun coming in early in the morning it was very difficult to sleep. Finally, there were spider webs around the window. All in all, not a great stay, sorry to say, despite the good coms.

Good location, close to beach and town. Shop over the road. Clean and basic.

Kitchen wasn’t well equipped. No blind or curtain on the velux window.

Location excellent, 5 mins from beach a supermarket and the arena, The city center a short walk away. It was very quiet, considering you are near a main road. There was everything you needed and was comfortable and clean. Great that it was dog friendly, there is a small courtyard which would be nice in summer. There is only permit parking outside, however didn't seem to be a problem, there was good information on where to park, I doubt anyone checks and ok over night. There is a carpark across the road as well £5 for the day
