"Exceptional"

Well stocked house, very handy not to have to buy salt/pepper etc. Lovely to be welcome with orange juice, croissant, cola and tea cakes as well as tea/ coffee. Excellent location for the marine lake, Hilbre Island and the station. Easy to gain access with a keybox. Prompt and helpful communication with host.

"A lovely place to stay, with a warm and friendly welcome."

A nicely presented and comfortable property. It was easy to park on the road outside and the property was well equipped. There were also some very nice touches, like milk, scones, etc. in the fridge.

"Homely, welcoming and conveniently located."

The location was great for all the facilities of West Kirby and the beach. Also close to the station for visits to Liverpool. The accommodation was welcoming, clean and comfortable. Hosts had generously left supplies in the fridge and the basics such as tea, coffee, condiments and toiletries were all there so we didn’t have to buy from scratch. We had a fabulous three night stay here and I highly recommend it.

"Fabulous, luxurious house near to all amenities"

The house was beautifully clean and absolutely everything we might need was there, with so many thoughtful touches like food in the fridge, books, games and tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. The beds were super comfy as were the sofas in the sitting room. Parking was great, either in front of the house or in side street opposite. Great location close to town and marina. The owners were on hand should we have needed them but we had more than we needed. Would recommend highly

Beautifully presented house with thoughtful touches everywhere. The owners have gone above and beyond in making our stay perfect.

Nothing. I know the area and did wonder if parking would be a problem but we parked right outside the house every day.

"Beyond perfect - will be staying again!"

We had a fabulous stay at this house in West Kirby. Steve and Nina were the perfect hosts and thought of everything we could possibly need to make our stay perfect. There was a really touching welcome pack of goodies to save us shopping for essentials. The house is beautiful, perfectly situated for West Kirby centre and the station and they even ordered sunshine for us. We couldn’t have asked for more!
