The toilet door too old and broken a bit so very hard to open and close

Location is superb and very easy to find food

The hairdryer is not functioning . . . And pls provide more tissue papers as we're staying more than 3 days .

I like the environment of the apartment

The location was very good. However, the elevators do not directly take you into the Sunway Pyramid mall, you will need to take 2 seperate elevators. The host provided us a cot upon request which was RM50 for our stay as agreed upon. However, he then messaged me on check in saying it’s RM50 per day; after some messages we were able to settle on RM50 for our entire stay.

The apartment was very dirty, we had to clean it when we checked in. This is NOT a serviced apartment, we stayed for 2 weeks and paid AUD$1,500 (more than RM4,000) and they did not clean it even once. We requested someone to come clean and restock on toilet paper, and they said it will be RM70 each clean. The beds were very uncomfortable and there was an off smell about the room. Mould throughout the kitchen and bathroom. The air condition only had one setting (full blast) and the lower settings did not work. The curtains were ripped and the balcony had stored items in it. Broken appliances and the apartment is poorly maintained and abandoned.
