"Wygodne mieszkanie przy czerwonej linii metra, szybki dojazd w każde miejsce Mediolanu"

Mieszkanie na pewno bardzo dobrze położone, bo zaledwie 5 minut pieszo od stacji metra. które do Duomo jedzie może 20 minut. Dwie sypialnie z oddzielnymi łóżkami, co daje 4 łóżka - wygodne, przy grupie współpracowników. Łóżka wąskie, ale wygodne. Jest też salon z kuchnią, łazienka i dwa balkony. W kuchni do dyspozycji lodówka, zmywarka, płyta grzewcza, kapsułkowy ekspres do kawy i kuchenka mikrofalowa. Mieszkanie jest wygodne, wyposażone w system wirtualnego otwierania (czasem powoduje to problem, gdy internet nie daje rady, ale najczęściej działa ok, przydałby się jednak klucz na awaryjne sytuacje). Dobry zdalny kontakt z gospodarzem.

Jakość internetu jest nieakceptowalna, tu jest pole do poprawy. Całe mieszkanie wyposażone jest w porozklejane kartki z zakazami lub informacjami. Przy dłuższym pobycie jest to męczące. Mieliśmy problem z ogrzewaniem, bo nie jesteśmy przyzwyczajeni do temperatury 19 stopni. Przez chwilę było cieplej, później znów ok. 19 stopni. To jednak efekt przepisów, które nie pozwalają na wyższe temperatury (chociaż wiem, że jest to przepis często łamany, bo nigdzie tak nie marzłem). Bilans zalet i wad zdecydowanie jednak działa na plus!

Appartamento accogliente, fornito di tutto il necessario, videosorvegliato, in condominio datato, ma molto silenzioso. Internamente rimesso a nuovo e con TV e firetv Amazon in tutte le stanze.

Mancanza del cestino in bagno (ma si può rimediare facilmente)

"Sympa apparemment pour passer un week-end. Il serait intéressant d’y apporter les réparations nécessaires."

L’emplacement près d’une station de métro et près de l’hôtel où se déroulait le festival de danse. L’appartement avec terrasse, spacieux avec deux chambres doubles.

C’est dommage que le four ne fonctionnait pas et qu’il y avait un frigo qui n’était pas évacué. Les poignets ne tenaient pas bien.
