The location was great for getting to and from SM Molino. Security people were friendly. On site assistant Ethel is so friendly and attentive. Price is very reasonable. Anything you need within walking distance.

The care taker really good.. Room comfortable.

Remote location, no taxi or grab available. Premises is badly maintained.. Too much bright light from outside to face through window and patio door. Cockroaches, garbage smell in hallway. High priced. *pictures fool you.
