Los restaurantes son muy buenos en general, los desayunos top! quizá podrían ser más flexibles en llevarte bebidas y comida a espacios que tienen alrededor en el bosque (no hacen fogata, no llevan bebidas) e incluso cerca a los juegos de niños ya que hay mesas, pero solo hay un horario especifico para atenderte ahí, me parece que hay tiempos muertos en estos espacios y podrían utilizarse mejor. La piscina y el spa increíbles.

Que no ofrecieran servicio de llevarte bebidas o comida a espacios como las banquitas que tienen alado de los juegos de niños, al bosque, tienen mesas, pero no te llevan nada. No se puede hacer fogata solo para grupos grandes.

Todo. Las instalaciones, el personal, el servicio, la comida y sobretodo el trato al huésped.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I did not expect this huge well designed room. Everything in the room was perfect. Dressing room is a plus, the bathroom is big and well organized. The room is big and very comfortable. The bed and the pillows are the best. We love the terrace and the view. Breakfast is perfect with big varieties and great service. The experience of checking in and out was so smooth. We had the best time.

Beautiful. Llamas on property!! Close to walk to dinner if wanted.

Don’t allow a family of 4 to stay in a room with 2 queens without paying for one extra person and an extra breakfast. As an American I find this strange, especially for the price.

Como oportunidad de mejora, deberían tener mas cuidado con el bufett al aire libre cerca a la cervecería, la comida no estuvo caliente.
