"Large apartment, central location"

Great location, stones throw from brewery quarter, main high street and promenade. Free parking added bonus. Very quiet. Clear directions from host for key collection, easy access to property on arrival. We had a couple of queries and host answered immediately. The property is exceptionally large for a one bedroom apartment and is well decorated throughout. Well stocked kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine. Bed was very comfortable. Good shower and we were very grateful for the heated towel rail which made the bathroom very cosy!

Visiting in February, we did find the property cold on our first evening / morning. However, once we had figured out the settings on the electric dial radiators (using the instructions), we were more comfortable during the second evening / morning.

The apartment was warm without me having to adjust the heating. It's a very nice apartment. Bed was very comfortable.

The water temperature for the shower didn't get hot. Just about warm enough not to be classed as a cold shower. The door leading to the back parking lot has a faulty lock that I couldn't open. Not a big deal as I only had a small bag. If I had a suitcase it would have been a lot more awkward as the front steps are steep and there is an awkward turn especially if they are wet.

Good location

Doors were difficult and needed to be eased due to swelling. As we were on long Europe trip and had 2 heavy suitcases and steps down to apartment were a challenge.
