We have never ever seen so well maintained and so very clean place! Those people know how to do their work very well! The place is very well situated, all is in a walking distance and in a quiet street.

L’établissement est très bien situé dans le centre d’Olbia. Les indications pour le check-in étaient très claires. La rue est calme donc pour un logement en centre ville c’est le top. Tout est pensé pour que le voyage se déroule au mieux, il ne manquait rien. Je recommande ce logement.

"Alojamiento ideal para viajar con un niño"

Esta ubicado en el casco antiguo, muy buena zona. Mucho silencio por la noche. Totalmente equipado, cocina y lavadora y dos Aires acondocionados. Todo lo que hace falta. Check in online, entrada con codigo, todo muy rapido, check out rapidisimo. Muy buena comunicacion con el alojamiento.

La limpieza deberia ser mejor, el parking muy caro pero no hay otra alternativa para este alojamiento, por lo tanto es muy util.

Great location, in the centre of Olbia. Comfortable for 3 of us. Easy check in and hosts send plenty of messages leading up to the stay/during the stay.

This isn’t anything to do with the apartment, but parking can difficult, we managed to park for free on the road behind the apartment once but used a recommended car park a few minutes away for the rest of our stay. On one evening we couldn’t get a space and finding something elsewhere proved very difficult.

Great location (city center, walking distance to several shops, restaurants, etc), parking nearby, all you need in the kitchen/toilet, welcome kits, clean apartment, modern look and feel, attentive hosts

A bit small (for a short stay it’s OK for a family with 2 small kids like ours)

This lovely property was perfectly placed for the old town of Olbia close to wine bars and restaurants. Spotlessly clean and everything in good working order. Absolutely faultless.
