The room wasn't the room i thought id booked, smelt of damp, the veiw was overlooking rubbish, so there was no way we was opening it to be freated with smells, the bed was broken, other guests were partying from before we arrived at half 3 and was no signs of it stopping before we decided to leave and drive 2 hours back home at 10pm. After messaging the owner he stayed the bed is strongly and sturdy, unfortunately this was not something i was going to risk been 6 months pregnant, and when telling him about how noisy and loud upstairs was and partying he said there was no extra people it was only the people who was staying there and wouldn't of allowed disturbance as he had families and him his self were staying next door to us, my only thought to this is he must of been deaf. Safe to say extremely disappointed.

The staff was really really helpful even when we had issues with our door at 1130. Always couldn't do enough to help. Very well decorated. Beautiful room with comfy sofa.

After it was too late to cancel we were contacted to say no one else was allowed in our apartment but me and my partner even though we booked it for the space for us and the mother in law to eat and relax.

Central location , free parking which is a perk comfy beds

Sheets clean but duvet and pillows stained and looked dirty walls could do with a lick of paint

Room was big and spacious

The was no staff to meet and greet up and the Emil that we “where” meant to get with the code didn’t come through until the day after we arrived. First impressions of the property the are no signs to let you know which property your are stop at and when you get in to the property it smells like cat urine and damp water. Then the kitchen had a washing up bowl covered in grease and the knives in the draw where covered in white paint. Then when leave the room you could smell sewage and that was every day.

Great apartment, lots of facilities and everything was clean.

I couldn't park outside and had to park in a different street.
