The unit was comfortable.

The sofa is in need of an upgrade, as its condition was visibly poor. Additionally, the house had an unpleasant odor throughout our stay. Another major concern was the location—being directly across from an active construction site, the noise was extremely loud, continuing late into the night and resuming as early as 7 a.m., making it difficult to get proper rest. As a result, we left the unit earlier than planned. Had we been informed about the construction noise in advance, we would have considered alternative accommodations.

Facilities are very good/superb, pools, sauna, Natural Hot water pool and gymnasium. Near to Ipoh majority interesting place.

2Layers of guard to get the access card. Access card too many (Parking, Room, Lift), not like to carry so many cards around. Noisy, course of major construction still on going.

The ID of the unit, very well thought and built up. Fast wifi and well equipped. Less than 5 min walk to Lost World of Tambun 😃. Good that the unit wasn't facing it though, otherwise will be a din trying to sleep!

Floor was rather sticky-ish when we checked in. Hot water not functioning at all. Kitchen sink no hand wash and dryoff towel.

The room is big and clean, the pool and hotspring pool are opened until 10pm

It ia not really moutain view but 90% are open carpark view. The bed is abit too hard for me.
