Location, walking distance to grocery and transportation. SM mall is nearby, ATM for cash withdrawal is also available. Host kept in touch and was quick to answer any concerns I had..

Tap water is not drinkable even when boiled. Buy your own bottled water.

The place was really cozy and incredibly clean—honestly the cleanest we've ever stayed at. My family and I were beyond satisfied and definitely not disappointed. The bed, bathroom, and kitchen were all well-kept ⭐ There’s a park nearby too, and it’s perfect for a morning or afternoon jog.u The host was very responsive, and the whole check-in and check-out process was super smooth. The Condo security personnel and pool attendants were courteous, professional, and easy to communicate with.

The property was very comfy and lovely. It has air conditioning, wifi and near SM San Jose Del Monte. It also has water heating for the shower. The owners were very accommodating. Would recommend!

Great location when visiting SJDM, Bulacan. Grab/Taxi we’re easy to call and the unit was a great place to rest after visiting the in laws 😂
