Na grécke pomery nadštandartná čistota. Apartmán na prízemí s možnosťou využita exteriéru. Interiér zariadený s citom a prakticky. Vybavenie kuchyne dostatočné a neopotrebované. Upratovací servis milý a ústretový.

Very clean and new apartment. With all facilities that were needed.very close to beach,supermarket and bus stop.owner helpful when we needed.

The second bedroom didn't have a drawer or something to store any clothes.we advise to put a small drawer on the hall maybe.

The apartment was great, spacious enough, it had all amenities one may need. There were two air conditioners, one in each room, which is great for the really hot days. The bedroom was big with plenty of storage. Small suggestions to the owner - please, install some blinds or similar on the bathroom window, otherwise there is no privacy. Of course we managed with such a trivial thing so consider it as a tip. And maybe leave a broom, for people staying longer that would be useful (with all the sand) :) There is no parking, but the nearby streets offer a lot of space, and it is no more than 1-2 min walk from the property. The only downfall is that the house is on a busy street and it could by loud in the mornings, but after all this is Dimokratias, everything is located there :) We would choose it again.

This is not a negative but a comment - service connection - if you decide to do some work from there it would be a challenge. But we realized that this year the network coverage in whole Perea is awful, so this has nothing to do with the particular property.

The stay was very pleasant. It was easy to find and check-in. The apartment was cozy and very spacious for 4 persons. Although one bedroom was small, both beds were comfortable.

We had a little issue with the cleaning lady that came two days earlier than agreed, but was rapidly resolved. Maybe a broom would've been helpfull to keep the sand outside in the other days.

Fantastic location, just a quick stroll to the beach and nearby restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed and was incredibly clean and well-thought-out. Check in and check out were both easy. I will definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in the area!!

I wish the stairs had a baby gate for families with little ones.
