"Superb"

Fantastic views, quiet place, excellent if you wish to get away from crowd. Good base for sightseeing highlights of Tuscany and Umbria. Oldschool villa with a style if you like this type of accomodation. For the price we had, good value for money.

The place is absolutely stunning with an amazing view, perfect for bigger groups who would like to enjoy some privacy and relax in nature. It was completely silent during night and mornings, you could just hear the nature around you. There was a person to come twice a week to clean the pool which was nice.

You are in nature so more dust and natural "mess" is normal but some of the furniture looked a bit older and was a bit damaged and some spaces were not the cleanest. If you are not the biggest nature lover, you might not find the insect encounters the most pleasant as there were a lot.
