La vue du logement est magnifique. La proximité du centre. C est aussi très confortable : air climatisé, très bon matelas. Les jeunes dames à la réception ont été très sympas et très professionnelles .

La petite odeur désagréable qui sort d un tuyau dans la salle de bain.

The location and view was nice. Walking their with luggage was awful, couldn’t find the apartment building had to call the property manager put video on the phone to be giving directions.

To far from where we were told to park and walking with our luggage was awful. We couldn’t find the apartment building. I had to call the property manager put here on video to be giving directions. Then had to drag the luggage over gravel to get to the main entrance of the building. Then drag to luggage up 3 stair cases to the front door. The WiFi didn’t work, when I called the property manager again, I was told to restart the router then she hung up without telling me where the router was. No coffee. No shampoo. A used mop in the corner of the bathroom.

The whole ease of the reservation was great from start to finish. Communication is always key and Adriatic who host this property were great. I would have no hesitation in booking this property again or using the supplier. We got the taxi to drop us as close as possible to the office to collect the keys which is central, the staff on arrival were very friendly and polite and explained everything clearly. A Simple check in process and a map was provided, perfect for first time travellers. Everything was explained well, they even sent pictures via whats-app so we could locate the property easier. The property is in a great location, literally a two minute walk from the solar floor and the sea organ one way, and the main bell tower and the ST Donatus church a 5 minute walk the other way. Absolutely beautiful to look out at the sea. The property is located on an idyllic few steps away from the sea, perfect for couples, short breaks and romantic trips. There is no lift, so no good for those less mobile, but the apartment is just up 2 flights of fairly manageable stairs. The apartment was well equipped with everything you need, we didn't use the cooking hob/microwave but if you do wish to cook there is more than sufficient cutlery/plates etc. The apartment is very clean, quiet and you can actually hear the sea organ also from the balcony. It is short 7/8 minute walk to the main street. Bed was comfy, there was additional kitchen roll/toilet roll provided also which was great. Fridge and small top freezer and a small dish washer and a breakfast bar/kettle and coffee maker. Overall a wonderful stay, we absolutely loved the location, this was our first time in Zadar and we will certainly be back and would look to re-book the same accomodation!

Shower was a little small but can't be helped the size of the apartment.

Sehr freundliche Hosts, die wir jedoch nicht persönlich getroffen haben. Perfekte App. Übergabe via WhatsApp. Super Lage und bequemes Boxspring-Bett. Toller SW-Blk. Mit Meer/Promenadenblick

Dusche und Waschbecken dürften größer sein und ein WC-Papier Halter sowie ein Geschirrtuch wären super. Auch eine Lichtquelle für den Schrank wäre hilfreich.

Communicatie voorafgaand en tijdens verblijf met verhuurder verliep soepel en snel. Kamer was fijn, heerlijk balkon met fijne stoelen met uitzicht op zee. Klein keukentje (alleen van koelkast gebruik gemaakt) en kleine badkamer maar dat was prima voor een paar dagen. Groot comfortabel bed. Kamer ligt in heel rustig gebouw, totaal geen last gehad van de andere bewoners. ‘s nachts was het muisstil. Kamer was schoon en ruim.

Tip: er hingen maar 4 kleerhangers in de kast, even een paar erbij hangen
