Die Lage war Top , ein schönes ruhiges Häuschen , nicht ganz neu aber alles okay. pool Mega ! Beheizt ! Viele Sitzgelegenheiten und viel Platz . Sehr geräumig .

Einige kleinere Reperaturen währen am Haus unbedingt nötig ,aber nur Kleinigkeiten . Rest alles Top !

Excellent Villa , Clean and Spacious.

The pool was lovely. The general area was very nice. Alexandra who was there to meet us was very nice and quick to respond.

There were cockroaches in the house when we arrived. The washing machine we were told to use didn’t work. The boiler was leaking. The bathroom smelled like sewage that never went away. There was no propane in the bbq. There were bugs in a number of the spices above the hob. For the cost of the accommodation it would have been nice to have had the air conditioning turned on prior to arrival. The couch, and all coushions were disgustingly dirty and stained. In general the accommodation felt like it had been maintained to the minimum with everything feeling like it needed repair, right down to the toaster.

The property is absolutely stunning and myself and the others had such a great time, the pool was amazing we all spent the most of our time in it, also the the location is great it’s a lovely quiet area and the house is just beautiful

Completely honest there wasn’t anything that I could say we didn’t like about the property and will definitely be visiting again in future

We loved the holiday home, spacious, well equipped with everything you need. Two luxurious bathrooms with walk-in showers. Smart TV in the lounge and good WiFi throughout the property. Everything was clean and well presented. Lots of towels, choice of pillows, and bedding. The pool area is really nice, 4 loungers in new condition plus a large parasol and also outdoor seating with a gas barbecue. The house is uphill from the main areas of Costa Adeje, but as long as you enjoy a nice steady walk down and like us a taxi back, you'll be fine. Overall, we loved it.

These aren't things we didn't like, but I'd say are things that could be better. The air-conditioning units are old and could be better. The property would be improved by having a welcome pack, things like WiFi passwords, where to take the rubbish, help with washing machine instructions, days the pool cleaner comes, local restaurants etc.
