quiet neighborhood.

The shared driveway was not big enough for two cars. The location was in the back yard of a house. The path to the place was dimly lit and not a hard surface path to door. The ground was uneven and a trip hazard to walk on. The grass needed mowed. Stain on wall, mismatched paint. paint pealing in bathroom. ceiling had leaked. not sure if it still leaked because it was not raining at the time of our stay. I was not satisfied with the overall condition of property and accommodations for the price. i would not recomend this property.

I loved that it was kinda just hidden in plain sight. It was also pretty quiet at night, and very cozy!

Well.. I’m built like a fridge, so the shower stall was kinda small lol. But that’s literally it, and it’s not even a complaint. I’m just big 🤣

This is a clean, sweet little spot in a quiet neighborhood. The full kitchen was nice .

Nice location, comfortable bed, clean and well appointed.

Unfortunately we were there during a freak winter ice/snow storm and the house is not really adequate for weather in the single digits. We were cold which impacted our experience . I would recommend that it not be booked during very cold weather.

Excellent place to recharge and rest. Great value and managed impeccably.

Comfortable and quiet. I've been dealing with a family emergency and needed a place to go breathe and sleep. Nice to recharge here. Absolutely great management. I've been impressed with the space and the competency.

Perfect little spot for 2 people, everything was perfectly clean. I was looking for a less public alternative to a hotel room, and this exceeded my expectations. Kitchen has dishes to use, and the fridge was stocked with some water bottles.

The only downside I could find was the bathroom light switch, it is in an odd location. It might help to have a sign or something to point out it's location.
