Georgetown Villas 2-1c King and Queen Bedrooms ideal for long stays!

Rooms are comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook a meal and cozy up for a night in.

My husband did struggle with the stairs.

The stay was fine..very comfortable!

The issue began when housekeeping contacted me to to say they had to wipe fingerprints off wall tables ect and spilled juice on bedsheets. I paid $98 cleaning fee and since things had to be wiped down anyway wouldn't that cover that and the laundry! Then owner tried to stick me covering the costs tor repair items that were already broken...luckily for my family we record everything! They told customer service we left a hazard smell to our room when what we do is completely legal!! Very discriminiative of our life choices and our decisions to bring small children!

Newly renovated unit made you feel like you were coming home when you walked in. All things (refrigerator, coffee maker, stove, microwave, bathroom lights, etc.) were top quality. Pet friendly property and those living on the property or visiting were very courteous with their animals and aware (which is a big plus). Staff went above and beyond for any requests for help or information. Location is very good. When we went to the West Side Market, we took Lorain Road all the way since we hadn't been down that way in years. Only took us about 20 minutes on a Saturday.

The only thing was the 6 or 7 stairs to go down and come up. The dogs handled it fine and so did we, but of course if we had a choice we would choose no stairs. When all is said and done, the stairs would not stop us from renting the unit again.
