There is a supermarket near the apartment.

The apartment is old and dirty, and smells bad because it's crammed full of the owner's belongings. The master bedroom has a closet full of the owner's belongings and clothes, and there's no hanging space except for 4 baskets, even though wr were 3 guests, so we had to keep our belongings in our suitcases. The second bedroom is no different. The third bedroom is a small office with a small bed and shelves covered in dust, it has clumps of dust under the furniture and in the corners. The beds and pillows are uncomfortable and the duvets are stained and smelly. The kitchen is covered in grease and not clean or organized. All the cupboards are crammed full of dirty items, especially the oven and toaster. We didn't use them and we had to clean the toaster before we could use it. The owner left behind a few expired tea bags. The bathroom is old and smells bad because the ventilation is connected to the kitchen fan which has annoying noise. The shower door is torn and covered in mold, and the soap has been expired since 2023. The balcony is dirty and the wooden bar is broken and we didn't get to use it due to the noisy construction work from the opposite building. The living room furniture is dirty, stained and worn. I think the owner needs to take into consideration before listing his property for rent that guests need a clean, tidy and quiet place to enjoy their vacation and get the most out of the money they paied. Guests are not interested in living among piles of flea market stuff or paying a deposit to secure an old and dirty apartment.

Comfortable open plan lounge-kitchen-dining area with lots of natural light, great for those long summer evenings. Decent sized balcony with furniture is great for socialising. The bathroom has a spacious walk in shower and plenty of space.

The bedrooms were a little tight on space and storage so had to live out of my suitcase for the few nights/days that we were there but the apartment excelled elsewhere and this wan't such a big issue.
