The apartment is nice and quite spacious for a one bedroom apartment. Most of the furniture is new, making it pleasant and comfortable to be in. It is well-equipped with thoughtful tips, such as a coffee machine, glasses, dishes, shower gel, etc.

We couldn’t access the apartment on New Year Eve because the cleaner locked the door with the key inside, ruining our plans. The owner moved us to another place for a day and a half, but the condition of that apartment was far below standard - it was old and extremely dirty. The heating system in the original apartment was loud and frequently turned off, requiring manual intervention to keep it running.
