Não cumpre com o descrito no anúncio. Não tem produtos de higiene, não tem televisão nem internet. Não dispõe de comodidades como máquina de café. Houvesse todos os barulhos da rua. O apartamento está repleto de baratas.

Nothing it’s a scam

Locations isn’t where it says it is. I was looking around for an hour and couldn’t find it. Even asked other hotels if they could help me and they had no idea where it was. Had to book another room and now they are refusing to refund me. Don’t book with these people. Terrible customer service and they just milk you for money.

Edificio viejo y lleno de humedades. Ascensor roto. Cuando llegamos nos tuvimos que ir porque no habían limpiado la habitación. Nos dieron otro apartamento sin habitación, para dormir en el sofá y nos fuimos. No fui capaz de hablar con el propietario por teléfono, me mandó dos mensajes y no me contestó más. No pudimos dormir ahí esa noche y aún no me ha devuelto el dinero. Experiencia pésima.

Pedi pra ficar até as 14h. Paguei 40 e das 11h até as 14h o dono cobrou 30 euros. Mal caratismo, por isso acabei saindo às 11h30 quase expulsa. O checkout era às 11h às 10h30 tava perguntando a ele o valor para ficar mais mas contava com noção da parte dele o que faltou

Then, after we complained, they sent the name of a real complex ("Complexo Vila Novo") but with a non-existent "Block C". We only located the actual complex with the help of the local police. Once there, we discovered the host had provided no apartment number for a building with ~245 units, making check-in impossible. The host's phone was never answered. To Booking.com: We are still waiting for your action. So far, we have not even received an official response to our support request. By allowing such fraudsters on your platform, you are directly endangering the safety and finances of travelers. You have a responsibility to vet your hosts. The legality of a rental in Portugal is verified by an AL license number. This fake host provided nothing, and your website gives guests no way to verify this critical information before their money is taken. We demand an immediate full refund and the permanent removal of this fraudulent listing. We are waiting for your response. To Fellow Travelers: AVOID THIS LISTING AT ALL COSTS. IT IS A SCAM.
