Warm days AC can be missed. If credit payment could also be possible that would make it easier for booking.

The location, walking distance to Westlands. The 270° Rooftop restaurant in the building. The view from the apartment. The modern design.

The water in the rooftop pool was a bit cold, and the bathroom could have been a bit bigger

The apartment is small, but has everything you could think of. Even a microwave and washing machine. It's in a fairly safe area. The security personnel are very friendly. There is a nice rooftop restaurant on the 18th floor. Location is good in the Westlands. The quality of living is well above par for a city like Nairobi. I'd probably consider staying here again should I pass by.

The swimming pool was not cleaned for months. It looked like algae seaweed at the bottom. When it becomes that dirty, it will be difficult to clean the pipes, pumps etc. I wouldn't jump in there. The elevators are horrible. One was out of service. They take a long time, don't remember the floors you selected and closes the doors on your shoulders. I decided to use the stairs when going out. There's also no HVAC unit in the apartment. It probably get's very hot in the summer months.

I was able to cancel the booking just in time to avoid a fee once I was notified that the unit was not actually available.

I had booked well in advance to have an nice place to spend Valentines Day. Just two days before I was due to arrive, the property manager contacted me on WhatsApp to ask for my id information. After I provided that, the manager told me the unit was not available for those dates. The manager sent photos of an alternative place that is rather unappealing. Even after that, the unit is still listed on booking.com as available for the dates I had reserved.

The apartment has everything you may wish for and the host is very accommodating
