Nice stay at reasonable prices

The bedsheets were fine, but duvet covers were disgusting. Like, you can see marks on them.

Staff was warm and nice

Rooms were much smaller than shown, no ventilation, exhaust didn’t work and the washrooms were tiny. There was no food/room service.

1. Only the receptionist.

1. Golden Temple is not 2 mins from Hotel. It's about 15 mins. 2. There's no room service for food. 3. No tea/ coffee table in the room. 4. Toilet door very difficult to open. 5. Bed mattresses very soft. 6. Getting to the hotel, you need a GPS. Streets are very narrow and too many 3 wheelers and cars. Very noisy...car horns. 7. Cupboard is very high. Not able to reach for the hangers. 8. Aircon main switch not marked. Aircon always off after a short while. 9. Toilet was neat and tidy, but basin area is very small. Floor is not non-slip. It's very slippery when wet. Not safe fir children.

The staff was very good and cooperative the rooms were very clean and the wash room also
