ITLa villa nel complesso è indubbiamente bella, con una posizione e vista invidiabili. L'host è stata molto gentile e disponibile.
La struttura è molto vecchia (non è stata una sorpresa) e con qualche lavoro di ristrutturazione potrebbe diventare un vero e proprio paradiso.
ITAppartement dans villa d'époque à 2 pas de la plage qui se trouve en contre-bas du grand jardin derrière le portail. La mer, les falaises a montagne sont éblouissantes vues de la terrasse. Pour citer Bauudelaire :Là, tout n’est qu’ordre et beauté, Luxe, calme et volupté. Bon séjour
ITUna bella vista, la struttura carina ma consiglio vivamente di modernizzarla.
Servizi che offre sono scadenti, per chi soggiorna una sola notte è obbligato ad andare a fare colazione fuori. Non c’è a disposizione neanche il caffè. Il bagno orrendo, con lo scarico a vista. I mobili della cucina che cadono a pezzi. Ci sono 4 chiavi per vari cancelli e devi scoprire quali sono. La spiaggia ai piedi della struttura è minuscola, ti deve capitare bene che trovi posto. Non è una spiaggia dove ci si puó stare in tranquillità.
FIPosizione perfetta con ingresso privato al mare. A piedi nel 'centro' solo circa trenta minuti e parcheggio privato vicino la casa
La doccia era un po' piccola e usciva solo Aqua frescina però non ci ha dato fastidio personalmente
GBPerfect apartment. Very well equipped for a longer stay with a full kitchen and it would be comfortable for 4. A short walk down to a lovely very little used beach. A balcony with table and chairs caught the morning sun. Bed v comfortable. Bathroom adequate. People have said it is dated but everything works well, the water was hot, nice big towels and owner very helpful with info re market (Wednesday) and parking, and cafe just 70metres up the road. In photos below, there is one view from balcony and other shows the white building the apartment is in.

unfortunately not as clean in the kitchen/bathroom as would expect
LVNice villa, just by the sea, with direct access to a small beach. Fantastic view from the balcony. Stayed for one night, Gaeta is a beautiful small town with rich history. I recommend to take a boat trip around the peninsula and try the gelato in Il molo!
This place is certainly with a charm and feeling of timetravel, which is not for everyone. I still recommend it, quite unique experience. Bathroom and kitchen could do with an update.
