Dear Guests, UPDATE: Finishing State - Building Décor & Landscape of Neighbor’s Low Rise Condominium Project Our neighbor has finished the low-rise building construction at the plot of land next to Let’s Sea Hua Hin Al Fresco Resort. Only behind our resort lobby, they are continuing to complete the 6-7 floor building. Phases of Works, Noise Disturbance & Time Frames: - Most of works are architectural décor of the building exterior and interior furnishing. These causes no or minor disturb; only occasionally Level 2-3. -Just behind the lobby plot, the construction continues with precast floors and walls and will have finished by March 2026. – Minor noise disturbs in the lobby area (Level 2) and randomly Level 3-4. Remarks: Scale of noise from Level 0-5 for reference. Protection of Noise, Dust, and Visibility: -7.5-yards high fence with sound buffer behind lobby area (not guest service zone) -Visibility: Finished buildings on process of completing architectural décor -Works: Monday to Friday: 8a.m. - 5p.m and Saturday: 8a.m. - 4p.m. -No Work on Sunday & Thailand’s Public Holidays Some Useful Information: →Accommodations: no or randomly minor effect →Swimming Pool & Pool Bar: no or randomly minor effect →Beachfront Terrace: expected no effect →Restaurant: no or very randomly minor effect →Gaia Spa: minor-medium effect during their working days till 5p.m. Spa Service will start at noon till late. A Big discount will be offered during the day. Guests will have perfect spa experience as usual from 5p.m. onward. →Lobby: minor-medium effect during their working hours →With our long plot of land at the resort and with different activities in different zones, there will be many places to relax without disturb.
