Great apartment in a great location

No negatives

Loved how central you were to everything. We didn't cook at all in the flat, we ate out the whole time. My mum has an electric wheelchair and we had no problems getting in and out of the lifts and the flat.

We rented this apartment as it had 3 bedrooms as we came as a couple and 2 friends so it was perfect for us. We all loved the location. Apartment was very secure. Although it is located one street away from the strip we never heard a noise. We went in December so never got the use of the pool but was tempted !!

Only negative thing we could come up with is there is 2 showers but we all used the same one as the other one was far too small for any of us but it was not an issue and would not put us off returning

A great location and base to explore Benidorm, no frills clean and comfortable accommodation, free secure car park if using a car. Everything was fully functional for budget accommodation in Benidorm. If you're going out alot daytime and evening and your budget is limited, this place is ideal. Non-heated pool would be handy in the summer. TV had all major stations and services. The local agent's office that handles this property is just over the road and is open 24hrs a day.

Whist the accommodation is clean and comfortable, the accommodation is tired. The kitchen and bathroom's do need a re-fresh, the showers need shower door's fitting and shower curtain's removing for a better experience. We couldn't find a plug anywhere in the apartment but this wouldn't stop us re-booking it again if we needed to return on a budget. Already mentioned in previous reviews would be sunbeds or chairs around the pool when you don't want to venture too far away but I expect this is a management issue for the whole block rather than this individual apartment.

Showers were abit small but everything else was great.
