Avaimia kysyttäessä ilmoitettiin että pitää maksaa lisämaksuja lakanoista ym. vaikka oli omat lakanat mukana. Näistä ei ollut mainintaa varauksen maksussa. Kaksi tuntia piti vääntää asiasta ja viimein ottaa yhteys booking.com:Iin. Eli sinne kannattaa ottaa yhteyttä omistajan kiristyksen vuoksi ettei tarvitse maksaa lisämaksuja jotka eivät kuulu hintaan. Eteiseen tullessa lemahti tunkkainen kaljan haju. Eteisen komerossa oli säkki täynnä tyhjiä tölkkejä ja pulloja. Sängyssä oli likaiset ja läikikkäät pussilakanat. Tyynyt olivat likaisen keltaiset. Kahvipannu oli sisältä paksussa homeessa ja uuni oli kuin tienvarsivessa. Eikä siinä huoneistossa tosiaan ollut 3 makuuhuonetta kuten ilmoituksessa virheellisesti mainostetaan.Talossa ilmeisesti asustaa paljon reppumiehiä. Huoneisto oli niin saastainen ettei sinne voinut jäädä kahden pienen lapsen kanssa vaan oli pakko lähteä jatkamaan matkaa. Onneksi meillä oli varapaikka keskisuomessa minne ajettiin yötämyöten.

Tvingas betala för lakan 10euro/ person utöver hyran för lägenheten, fick den informationen efter att vi bokat,annars får man inte koden till nyckelboxen . Ostädat i lägenheten ,ofräscha kuddar,silverfiskar i badrummet

Majoittajalla ei lue missään pakollisesta lisästä, joka tulee jokaisesta majoittujasta. Hintaa siis tulee sitten viime tipassa, että kiristetään avaimen saamisella. En ymmärrä miten ei pysty laittamaan sitä kokonaishintaa näkymään. Kuvauksessa on kolmas makuuhuone, joka puuttuu, koska 2 br... Uunista hyökkäsi paksu savupilvi ja ikilikaa.. mutta onneksi koko asunnossa ei ollut palovaroitinta.

In the booking site it is not stated that you have to pay extra for lining and you cant use your own.You make reservations and then the host is putting you in to the situation that you must make transfer for lining to separate bank account before you can receive code for key cabinet. So you cant refuse unless you loos your money. I think it is actually illegal and i will see into it. Like that they can keep price lower on site and manipulating/ forcing people to pay extra. They have list on the table that you have to pay extra 15 eur in cash if you use tea, or salt or something that other people have left. It is like very cheap action. All the window locks are also broken. I don't think they have washed bathroom for long time.

Apartment itself is quite good, with some small items and improvements would be ideal for party of 4 by our expectations.

Owner changed booked apartment in the day of arrival in the afternoon. Firstly, communication was that we will get upgrade with new apartment and also that we should pay additional for that. When we exist that we will stay with booked appartment, there was one way communication that they rebooked us and that we can pay extra if we wont. The fact is, that new apartment was smaller, not completely renovated and for us most important with less beds, so my son have to sleep on sofa in living room. Obviously owner is very “professional” actually she wanted to charge us for less worth apartment. Another issue is cleaning. You can see the photos, this by our opinion should be improved. By our knowledge the owner have majority of apartment in Tornio, because there are many reviews about similar experience like we had (rebooking). Fact is also that apartment we booked do not have 3 rooms, like is stated on booking.com, which should something happen, because this is misleading to customers as also hidden costs. At the end owner offered us some discount for sheets/towels and cleaning which we accept it. Still will decide for possible complaint.
