The kitchen lounge area was very well equipped. Location handy to everything

Bed soft, bathroom and toilet glad i didn't have a cat.very hot aircon non existence had to open windows. If you are elderly like us DO NOT BOOK. 2 Flights of stairs.very steep

Location was ideal. In the centre of town with lots of facilities around. Really good communication from owner.

Internet was poor and couldn't got normal TV channels.

Lovely decor neat tidy and clean good location all cooking utensils etc comfy amazing

Could use better wifi wifi didnt work had to tether off my phone the whole time maybe keep a brrom and a mop dust buster for carpet and a cloth and spray in the property hard to clean up with a dust pan and brush

"Nick is the Best! Incredibile"

I'll start from the beginning. It looked like a scam, it looks like I was going to lose my money, but IT WAS THE BEST HOLIDAY IN THE WORLD! Immediate collection of the keys, I was given codes to take the keys locked in a safe, the house was beautiful, super comfortable, 3 of us had a wonderful time there, and the location was strategic, we were in the center of Southampton! Amazing and Nick was super reassuring in calming me down and telling me everything was going to be okay! Incredible indeed

If I had the chance to say something to improve customer trust, I would include all the things Booking.com asks for from the start, the exact location of the house, being clear right from the booking (even if it happens two weeks before), making it clear right from the beginning where you will find the keys to having tranquility and mental peace without thinking of being scammed. And I wouldn't ask for a credit or debit card before getting there! For the rest, everything incredible!
