The location is central and easy to access.

When we arrived, the room was not ready and we had to wait an additional hour before being able to enter. We were given the wrong code for the lockbox. The airconditioning was not working when we got there. There wasn't gas for the outside braai. We weren't informed that our room will be cleaned during our stay and came back to an open door after going to the shops. Our water was switched off and we weren't informed why or how long this would last.

Lack of cleanliness and overall level of service was horrible, there was huge cockroaches in the unit and black mold all over the bathroom ceiling and within shower areas, I contacted host for assistance unfortunately there was no resolve, host attempted to change me to a different unit and that unit was actually worse, the host agreed to a partial refund for remainder of my stay since they could not resolve issues and I decided to check out of property early, still waiting on my refund.

Everything about the suites was so good and very clean, the location so good and closer to the shopping centre.

The bathroom, it leaks too much, and there was nothing to wipe or clean the floor... but all after was perfect

Everything, its location is closer to Ballito Junction, which made it easier for us to go buy our food, also our room had everything we needed.

The shower door was giving us problems since we had to pull it hard for it to open.
