Property Manager was very attentive and worked with us as our arrival was earlier than expected. Was able to stash our luggage, sit down for a lovely lunch at the restaurant on the ground floor of the apartment while we waited for access. Property is wonderfully located and neighborhoods very walkable.

Property is old but clean. Entry lobby smells. Bedroom has 2 twin beds.

Pictures are accurate and the apartment has all you need. The bedroom window is to an alley so it's pretty quiet, the location is unbeatable. Staff was very helpful providing explanatory videos on how to access the accomodation. Flexibility on checkin time was also appreciated

Well equipped apartment. Loved the kitchen in a cupboard. Perfect for our needs. Comfortable beds. Clean.

Water too hot so risk of scalding particularly in the shower as the handle control was too easy to knock. A couple of electrical sockets needed attention. Digital entry system was not easy to use. . Needed help from the Office to work it first time.

Comfortable, serviceable apartment in good central location, but...

Very, very noisy almost all the time. Noise from street and busy bar below. Walls are thin, some noise from neighbours. Limited hot water, small shower with broken door.

To gain access to the property, a prearranged link was made with my mobile phone. It was slightly complicated to understand the process but once at the property access was easy enough if you closely followed the instructions.

The property was rather noisy during the night as situated above a bar and in a busy part of the area. However it was in a very good location and close to the Cathedral.

I loved the little apt with the kitchen. It was cozy and very clean. I found the sofa and chair not too comfortable and the beds average. The overall package met our needs for the stay and they are taking good care of the unit.
