Harford House studios 22 - Hopewell

It wasn’t cleaned very well, the desk was dirty and the oven top was not fully cleaned too and some of the cutlery was not cleaned properly.The shower head was broken and the bed needs a mattress topper or memory foam topper!

The presentation was lovely & it's equipped with everything you'd need

Lots of damp & mold by the bed, loads of stains, marks and chips all over the walls, oil stains splashed up the wall near the cooker People being really loud in the corridors late at night, and people below us that seemed to be having a party.

Fantastic rural cottage. If you had driven 5 hours across France to this holiday home, you wouldn't have been disappointed. Pure rural charm with flagged floor, wood burner, comfy leather armchairs and sofa. But with a modern fitted kitchen and central heating. Superb shower as well. Two double beds and plenty of pillows.

I would have preferred blackout or lined curtains. With the tremendous views eastwards across the Severn, the downside is that the morning sunrise comes straight into your bedroom windows !

Unfortunately, my experience at this accommodation fell far below expectations. Upon arrival, the building appeared neglected and unkempt, with filthy hallways that left a poor first impression. The bathroom was shockingly tiny, requiring me to contort just to access the shower, despite being of average size. Disappointingly, cleanliness was a major issue throughout the stay, from a dirty toilet to a sink that clearly hadn't been properly cleaned. The lack of basic amenities, such as a hair dryer and hangers, was frustrating, compounded by the presence of random washing racks in lieu of essential items. Furthermore, the absence of a headboard and the presence of dirty pillows added to the discomfort. The neglect extended to the windows, which were either moldy or dusty, with noticeable dust bunnies even on the extractor fan. The cleanliness of the floors was also subpar, as evidenced by the grime that left our socks soiled. Noise was a constant issue, with the adjacent pub and thin walls ensuring a disruptive environment. Additionally, the pervasive odor of other guests' cooking further detracted from the overall experience, making the entire building unpleasantly malodorous. In summary, the lack of cleanliness, inadequate amenities, and disruptive environment marred what could have been a pleasant stay. I would not recommend this accommodation to fellow travelers.

Great central location. I was going to a gig at the O2 Academy at was literally across the street. Clean and modern furniture and lay out.
