Luxury Art Deco Flat / Big Balcony

Beautiful apartment. Lots of cooking equipment. Fridge and freezer. Underfloor heating is very cozy and easy to control with three thermostats for different areas (main room, bathrooms/kitchen, bedroom). Shower is spacious. Airport pickup was helpful. Fans available in both rooms with great speed settings. Laundry machine in-unit and easy to use, very convenient (bring your own detergent!). Great location with many delicious restaurants on the same street, and only a short walk to public transport or major attractions. Supermarket VERY close nearby. Mostly everything was sparkling clean. Balcony is great for getting some fresh air without having to leave your room. I felt very safe here as a female solo-traveler. There is lighting on the building stairwell, you just have to turn it on yourself. Elevator is available if you need it. It was easy to get up to and inside of the room by myself even with two large suitcases. Pleasant and friendly neighbors should you happen to meet them, my stay was 10 days but I only saw them once. Good soundproofing between other apartments.

There is a “wash your own dishes upon check-out or pay €10” policy. When I arrived, the last guest had barely rinsed the dishes and these were dirty when I got them out of the cupboard because (for some awful reason) dishes are not housekeeping’s job. I was only given one towel for hand drying even though there are three sinks. So if I got my hands wet in the kitchen I would have to run to get the towel in another room. No paper towels were provided for spills/etc. so I had to buy my own. There is no TV. They are not going to replace the TV or update the listing, so don’t expect a TV. Airport pickup is good and easy to book, BUT It is NOT the type of service where someone greets you inside the airport with your name on the sign. You wait at a specific taxi rank looking at license plates till you find the right driver. Not what I expected since they ask for “name that goes on the sign”. The street is incredibly noisy at all times. I got GREAT SLEEP here using my earplugs, but keeping windows closed is a must. If you are sensitive to sound like other reviewers, you will not enjoy it. Please be realistic though, you are in the center of a large city. Of course there is noise.

The location was wonderful and you are very close to NY Cafe and easy access to transportation.

NO SLEEP. The street below had an enormous amount of noise. People yelling, blasting music from cars and doors opening and slamming. Literally no sleep either night.

Beautiful apartment, easy access, close to a living part of the night life and well connected.

Spacious, clean and comfortable.

I felt the toilet wasn’t private enough, would have been better as a bathroom with shower and toilet combined.

Not clean! We were not satisfied with the hygiene and it was not clean enough.

Location is perfect. It was ver clean and neat. We stayed there 3 people but 5 people can easily stay. Owner was so kind and helpful, arranged the taxi as well. Everything was so clear.

Since everything was so perfect I can only say there was coffee machine but coffee was missing :)
